German Training v0.1.1

Finally! The moment you've all been waiting for. German Training v0.1.1 is here.
This version contains two major bug fixes and some minor improvements:

• The app now functions properly on small window sizes, this was due to a dependency error with bootstrap.
• Clicking the delete button now deletes the correct item + the buttons look cooler now.
