0.9.149: Corrected a bug with parsing the comment block.

Fixed a comment block parsing bug.

Edit: rev1 updates the DSC Deployment scripts to simplify as well as remove some unneeded code for turning on and off remote error codes. There was a change in the dependent module and it is not needed anyway.
