Hotfix: Enable App doesn't work

This hotfix restores the accidentally deleted boot function, which makes it possible to enable the app again.

Sorry for this long delay.
There were no incompatibilities with newer Nextcloud versions (at least none that i noticed), but I had huge problems getting my development setup back up and running.
But better late than never...
