Old way of using MediaPlayer and AudioUIVol MAXIMUM profile

Added a button that will play the sample using the deprecated MediaPlayer method.
Added a button that activates an AudioUIVol profile called MAXIMUM.
Added a pdf file at the root of the project that install the profile called MAXIMUM
