Summary

Jetbrains IDEs used to use configuration in .idea and then they switched to having it separate
When you use git worktrees with the IDEs, it will default to naming the config file the same name as the directory, which for a worktree would be the branch name
The existing configuration was therefore was no longer helpful for any development setup
