Closes #343

TODO:

  • Append this feature to the StateSyncSystem.
    • Add a class_update process that updates the existing classes.
    • Add the class type and set the type_updated to true in the fetcher and listener processes.
  • Add call to classes that are proxy and parse the proxied class.
