fix(l2): handle new accounts in zkVM tries

Motivation

Account creation isn't handled accordingly: when a new account is created we need to insert it into the state pruned trie, after execution in the zkVM program. For this we need all the nodes traversed at insertion, which are not being included (because we're only getting proofs for already existing accounts).
