Release 0.6

This release adds the Broadcast Antennae and Blocklayer Heads, and broadcast-related modules. This also introduces skins, adding the Charcoal skin, and modifies how automotons spin. This also adds the Scan & Rotate module, and modifies the existing Scan & Move (previously Scan) module to support Magenta Glazed Terracotta. Finally, this release adds support for 1.16.3, and fixes a crash with the Steel Hammer head.
