What does it do?
Move all extra components out of the Toolbar.
Why is it needed?
As we are adding more tools to the editor as the Toolbar file is getting longer and longer; moving extra components out of the toolbar helps to keep the file clean.
How to test it?
Just check the insert link and insert YouTube buttons.
