Welcome to the HTAPP-Pipelines wiki! This is a centralized record of pipelines used in the processing of the HTAPP data.

The Human Tumor Atlas Pilot Project (HTAPP) was developed to chart an atlas of the cells that compose a tumor, their spatial organization and functional relationships. HTAPP spans five leading clinical centers (Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and St Jude Children’s Research Hospital), a leading single cell genomics center (Klarman Cell Observatory at the Broad Institute), and leaders in technology development (Harvard FAS, MIT, Stanford) and computational analysis (Klarman Cell Observatory). We collected and profiled tumor samples across 4 adult cancers (metastatic and primary breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer) and 3 pediatric cancers (neuroblastoma, glioma, sarcoma).
