- The port can now be specified with `-p PORT' - The file root is no longer hard coded to `pages/', it can be set with `-f FILE_ROOT' - In case of an unresolved path, `404.html' will be tried as well as `404.htm'. Previously only the latter as tried.

I have made some minor quality of life changes. Hopefully these are
useful to other people as well.
-p PORTpages/, it can be set with-f FILE_ROOT404.htmlwill be tried as well as404.htm. Previously only the latter was tried.
