This repository contains the scripts and the associated data needed for the four-day webinar entitled: "Diversity patterns of the Flora of Greece with applications in R" delivered under the auspices of the Hellenic Botanical Society.
All participants are encouraged to download (from the links provided in the respective folders) all the data needed for the practicals to be held during the webinar. Please note that the abiotic data may sum up to ca. 2 GB, so take good care that you have enough storage in your hard drive.
Prior to Friday's practicals, all participants should have installed all R packages needed henceforth (please check the "R package installation" R script in the Scripts folder).
