喋ることを確認しました．
festivalが入ったarm64v8_System ディレクトリを
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1SBA9oAwjfD84yRFEB-jsCH1m5Q8eEGSK
においてので，これを展開してbuild_user.shすると，十数分でコンパイルが終わるとおもいます．

ちなみに本当にほしいのは日本語だったりする？後，プログラム走ってから実際に喋るのに２，３秒かかるのでインタラクションとしては良くないかも．
