Tasks:

  - mmd2tex:    compile all .mmd files down to .tex files
  - tex2pdf:    compile the main .tex file down to a .pdf  using pdflatex it
    could work with others
  - openreader: opens the generated .pdf file in a reader  not working properly
    with evince
  - clean:      cleans up temporary files
  - default:    [mmd2tex, tex2pdf, tex2pdfclean]
