V2 adds some extra logging, so it should capture traceback errors and script crashes.
V2 does the install.sh a bit differently. There is now one defaults folder, and install.sh pulls things from it. It also will allow a singular place to change the Python executable shebang for fan-control.py and gen-config.py.
V2 also has a slightly more verbose On_Panic log mode.
