- Add feature: use devoid frame when using autoframe
- Fix bug: colorless extended frame can not be auto applied
replace cardname with CARDNAME in card rule text to avoid 'devoid' in name, auto apply colorless frame when handling devoid cards, use devoid frame when chosing regular autoframe
