• I want to know to easily see what talks are when, and where
• I want to choose in advance which talks I'm interested in, and on the day of, easily see what they are

As a conference organizer

• I want help organizing my sessions and tracks
• I want to be able to contact speakers from other conferences easily, to invite them to speak at mine
• As a bonus, I want to have a CFP on joind.in, where I can easily see feedback from the speaker's previous talks

As a conference speaker

• I want to be able to easily submit previously-saved CFPs to new conferences
