ftp-hog 0.1

First release.

The tool can span a simple FTP server with a FIXED set of functions:

• User is always anonymous.
• Folder is always /tmp.

And the single optional setting:

• Port by default 2221.

Also, a jar file is (and will be) distributed in the releases.
