All reusable workflows start with an underscore. I tried to put the reusable workflows in their own folder but github wants them all in the same folder 🤷

Changes

  • Create reuseable workflows to prevent duplicate code
  • Convert current workflows to use the new reuseable workflows
  • Create new workflow to validate dependency PRs (PRs with the dependecies label) didn't break anything
