Modifies the workflow to produce server/web-style versioned debs (e.g. 1.11.1+ubu2024).
Uploads the artifacts to the Jellyfin repository server.
Imports the artifacts into reprepro so they can be apt installed.
Places the artifacts into the repository browser/file locations.
