This repo contains labview scripts created at UCSF-Starlab to use with the my-DAQ (NI instruments). The goal was to have a means of intrumentation measurement indenpendet of the RC+S system for benchtop signal and algorithm characterization.
The myDAQ card is configured as analog single-ended channel. The measuring probe is then connected on a fixed resistor (1K) where the stimulation current output of the RC+S flows through from cathode (Contact 2) to anode (INS implant case). Overview benchtop setup.
The repo is contains 2 functions:
Analog_input_ch1_Continuous.vi
Analog_input_ch1_NSamples.vi
Repo functions have been run/tested in NI Lab View 2019 (NI) (32 bits, Windows version).
An example dataset recorded with these LabView scripts and NI myDAQ on our benchtop set-up can be seen on the Benchtop dataset, Analysis-rcs-data. Including a matlab scrip for quick analysis of the .csv files created by the LV scripts.
