1. cl /std:c++latest /EHsc /nologo /W4 /MTd /c "%VCToolsInstallDir%\modules\std.ixx"
2. import std instead of import <iostream>
3. cl /std:c++latest /EHsc /nologo /W4 /MTd importExample.cpp std.obj
