* Refactor lag module to generalize some of its capabilities: + introduce 'global' flag to support node level MLAG peering + Allow user configuration of MAC address at node or interface level (if required)
* Reverse .0 and .1 IPs for peers -> update tests * Add note about IGP for backup IPs
