EPD_json with button functionality

The new thing in this release is instalation of a service starting at boot to probe the button on the EPD board. The service routine can be easily adjusted.

First release

This is a fully functional, first release of a program EPD_json for Raspberry Pi 3 with 2,7" EPD display.
