This assumes inspircd/inspircd#1910 is merged before the next minor release

This will result in the module having a weird description when we run mkdescriptions.

Maybe after bots we could add a . and then start a new sentence?

mkdescriptions takes the first sentencebut there's no end of the sentence so all of the stuff in the bullet points will be merged into it somehow.

I removed the "in" because "This includes: in their /WHOIS response" sounds weird
