Small release to add a content security policy to the manifest.

Two small bug fixes:

The new UI version didn't work in FF. This one does!
Other updates:
- Re-merges less often.
- Use browser storage for enabled setting.
- Refresh the right tab, not the active one.
Supports the new Google calendar UI 🎉

This was the last release to work with the end google calendar UI.

Bugs fixed:
- Don't remove non-ascii chars because it messes with non-english.
- Remove duplicate color indicators when viewing hidden events in month view.
- Hide floating reply symbol.
- Don't include the event location as part of the title when merging.
More flexible event matching + bug fixes
Merges events that are affected by the "Who's my one-on-one with?" Lab.
Removes non-ascii characters (like emoji) when matching events.
Fixes Find a Time bug (again).
Fixes crash when moving an event over the midnight boundary.
Updated Google Calendar URL
Got this notice from google:
"Starting on September 15th 2015, the URL for Google Calendar Web is moving from www.google.com/calendar to calendar.google.com/calendar. Once the move is complete, users who navigate to www.google.com/calendar will automatically be redirected to the new URL."
