Add content security policy

Small release to add a content security policy to the manifest.

Small Visual Updates + gmail mini-calendar view support

This version fixes some small visual bugs and adds support for gmail mini-calendar view.

Visual Updates:
Set text color so declined events don't have weird color text
Darken colors when calendars are using the same color
Apply shadow to text for better readability

Bug fixes

Two small bug fixes:
Events are not merged when you're the owner
Resetting event styles when they're changed to no longer be part of an event set

Remove "tabs"/"browser history" permission

Removes the scary "tab"/"browser history" permission. (#53)
Also fixes some issues with custom colors (#52)

Fix FireFox compatibility issues

The new UI version didn't work in FF. This one does!

Other updates:

• Re-merges less often.
• Use browser storage for enabled setting.
• Refresh the right tab, not the active one.

Supports the new Google calendar UI 🎉

Likely buggy, but adds initial support for the new UI. Includes the month and week view, all day events and timed events. Also drops support for the old UI.

Add toggle, fix some bugs.

This was the last release to work with the end google calendar UI.

Bugs fixed:

• Don't remove non-ascii chars because it messes with non-english.
• Remove duplicate color indicators when viewing hidden events in month view.
• Hide floating reply symbol.
• Don't include the event location as part of the title when merging.

More flexible event matching + bug fixes

Merges events that are affected by the "Who's my one-on-one with?" Lab.
Removes non-ascii characters (like emoji) when matching events.
Fixes Find a Time bug (again).
Fixes crash when moving an event over the midnight boundary.

Updated Google Calendar URL

Got this notice from google:

"Starting on September 15th 2015, the URL for Google Calendar Web is moving from www.google.com/calendar to calendar.google.com/calendar. Once the move is complete, users who navigate to www.google.com/calendar will automatically be redirected to the new URL."
