Background
Currently, I use changesets to update
CHANGELOG's and package versions in most of my repos.However, changesets leaves it up to project maintainers to set the workspace root version (if at all). Maintainers can forget to update the version before publishing their packages, or set the wrong version if the update algorithm is complex.
We can use a codemod to automate updating the workspace root version.
