  • Moved functions into rime_functions.py
  • Scripts tested by importing the functions
  • Created new functions for
    • cumulative CO2 calculate_cumulative_CO2
    • preparing the cumulative CO2 df prepare_cumCO2
    • removing ssp from variable name in xr.Dataset remove_ssp_from_ds
  • filling out missing ssp column in ssp_helper
  • rename fix_dupes to fix_duplicate_temps
  • Added lots of docstrings
