Description
I noticed that Gamecube and Wii support was added recently, so I did this! This adds support for the Nintendo 3DS, Switch, and Wii U systems (via homebrew). I've tested the code on all platforms, though might need to do a bit more before I can be certain if it's mergeable.
Some of the code is from the devkitPro portlib variant of physfs (3DS and Switch) and when I ported Wii U as well. Let me know if there's anything I need to test or add. I've covered the basics of read, write, append, close, etc for files and mount/unmount of zips.. listing directory items and deleting files.
