Fixes, details, and additions for old tracks

This is a draft PR that we probably aren't going to get in for the current release (booklet commentary is the current project!).

For everything under "Fanmusic from the official team" (in More Homestuck Fandom), this PR aims to...

• Fill out Date First Released
• Add source links for commentary
• Identify accurate durations and other alternate track versions
• Take note of miscellaneous details and missing information in commentary
  • Commentary should always include links to the original uploads (e.g. on Tumblr or Tindeck) and information about whether the name is one that the artist wrote themselves, fan-made, or unknown.

It's also where we'd like to group additions for the issues below, and others similar to them:

• Investigate "Desperado" as mentioned in Underworld (vol5) commentary #315
• Add original masterings of Arisen Anew and She's a Sp8der #364
• Add various versions of Descend2 / Cascade (Beta) #379
  • Check for commentary on Tumblr? These were all uploaded basically at once, November 23–24, 2010.
• Add original versions of LOFAM tracks mentioned in commentary #380
