Simple Ktor example with Camunda

• Starts a camunda engine with InMemory Configuration
• Deploys automatically all *bpmn files
• Register all classes which implements JavaDelegate, TaskListener, ExecutionListener and Variable Listeners as camunda delegates

Setup
