4.15.0: target HSL v4.15 and HHVM v4.20
Fixes issues with latest HSL and HHVM releases.
v4.15.x is the last release branch before significant breaking changes to the IO (File) API. Target 4.15.* in your composer.json if your project depends on the old IO API.
