git clone --recursive https://github.com/hanzou666/msa_tubemap.git
cd msa_tubemap
pipenv install
pipenv run start

Input file

MSA Tube Map uses a FASTA format file after multiple sequence alignment. Either nucleotide or protein sequences are acceptable.
