Changed to Norwegian as all other translations are. Otherwise we would also need to manage the Norwegian locale files.

Adds several forgotten translations.
Adds d.m.y as an accepted format. It is assumed on Norwegian, but on the English version it has to be added explicitly.
Not really the best solution, but I just want this to work
