@CJGutz works locally, a bug I noticed is that the field clear when trying to submit an event without a title. It is just a minor bug so I am gonna merge it. Hopefully nothing breaks (but it probably will) |

Adds a search bar instead when retrieving users.
Now possible to also add pang as responsible users.
This PR has been worked on and off again. Please expect some bug to happen. Test locally.
