0.1 – Pitch (22 August)

Entire basic user flow working.

Webapp + bot interface to create & join meetups, user flows & email user flows are final

Small percentage of users may get errors and have a bad experience.

Users can register with their email & location and get 3 suggestions for near meetups
they can join meetups that already exist or are suggested by us
when they join we ask for additional info (first name or full name + address + phone)
when users sign up to meetups, other users get notifications (emails or bot messages)
notifications (at least reminder and notice of cancelation) are sent proactively (emails or bot messages)
attendees can invite people to their meetup via FB, Twitter, mailto link and by spreading a URL of manageable length
invited users are shown who they were invited by and what meetup they were invited to
Bot users can register for a meetup directly from the bot
They just have to confirm that they will take part or add address & phone if they’re the first attendee

The user experience should be smooth, self-explanatory and unthreatening (confirmed by first user tests).

Design, user flows, copy, images, bot are final and for release. Server ready for public access.

Small percentage of users may think that the site just is not for them but there are no errors.

Website, emails, bot comply with legal constraints

Everything that smooths the user flow, increases conversion or adds new features.
