It's worth noting this also includes support for the latest verison of the raygun SDK. Edit: Tagging @biggianteye as well, since he's made contributions to this package and seems to still work at Graze. |

This updates the required PHP version to 7.3 and overhauls a lot of the composer dependencies to the latest version.
This is more than likely a breaking change due to the massive leap in dependency versions so it would require a major release tag (v3.0.0).
