Description

Since we're dropping SvelteKit 1.x support in v9, we should remove our "clever" fetch proxy script injection logic, since sveltejs/kit#10009 was released in SvelteKit version 1.26.0. This also includes removing the nonce option in sentryHandle as it's no longer necessary.
