I'll review + add some pulsar changes saskia's requesting in person.

• saskia moved it into the subtopic
• my pulsar part needs better LOs/KPs
• set priority on the tutorials to ensure they're sorted next to each other in the Cloud group
• add the use cases to the top of the pulsar to help learners know if it is for them.
• set priority on all to move 'galaxy on the cloud' to the top.

@mirelaminkova i made your email a link so it's easier for folks to click and get directly registered with you. There's a not very well known ?subject parameter you can set on mailto: links which enables you to set the subject directly for the email that's opened when they click on it, so, I've made the subject "Registering SRC Galaxy Workshop" by default so hopefully it helps the queries that come in be a bit more organised for you.
