FOR CONTRIBUTOR:

  • License permits unrestricted use (educational + commercial)
  • This PR adds a new tool or tool collection
  • This PR updates an existing tool or tool collection
  • This PR does something else (explain below)

This PR introduces some minor changes in the hicstuff tool in addition to #6588 as enlisted below:

  • Update profile version from 21.09 to 23.02
  • Remove previous requirements (cooler,biopython) that are now redundant.
