TS version has not been bumped. The trick from #5863 did not work for the TS.

But the workflow already uses the newer one, i.e. apparently the trick worked for IWC.

Anyway, if a user imports the IWC workflow he will get an import error, even if the latest version is installed.

Edit: Also it doesn't hurt to bump all the tools in the repo, since they are treated as by a single repo in the TS anyway.
