README (in jetstreamiuenv) has instructions on how to run this portion of the playbook. At this point, the playbook will run to completion and setup a slurm-controller instance on intially blank CentOS7 (Jetstream) VM.

A number of small updates to the configs and tasks to get a
functional controller setup by just running the playbook. See the
newly created README for details.
The following allows a stock CentOS 7 server to be launched and
configured as a Slurm controller. As part of the playbook run, the
playbook itself will get copied over and can then be run from the
controller to add workers into cluster (it will configure the worker
and reconfigure the master - the only change required is in the
inventory).
