Hi! This is my first pull request. It might be lime. I can't define patch as difference between my commits 9872904 and a27d5a5.

I've experienced problems with loading Pymacs on various workstations. My investigations resulted in the following patch, which allows install python libraries with easy-install-X.XX if available in the system.

The system removes everything old and installs libraries as .egg files. This supports, i hope, the new Pymacs building system for pyhton-2.7.X b python-3.X (Not tested, however). The install script asks user wether to replace existing ptmacs.el in the package's extension directory.

If You think, that it would be useful, use this patch.

Sincerely,
Evgeny Charkashin
