Add new study program DIB and its modules

Starting with the coming winter semester 23/24, our faculty will offer the new Digital Innovation & Business (DIB) study program, which is the successor to MCD. This study program should be inserted (Bot and Channels) with all its modules (initially with the modules of the first semester).

ATTENTION: Although DIB is the successor of MCD, the MCD degree programme continues in parallel in the higher semesters. Therefore, MCD may not simply be renamed.
