Read about the Pomodoro technique
- Open the REAPER resource folder by opening REAPER and then selecting Options > "Show REAPER resource path in explorer/finder..." from REAPER's menu bar.
- Download the script.
- Move vo_pomodoro.lua file into the Scripts directory that you opened in step 1.

Copy vo_pomodoro.lua script ID:
Set global or project startup action:
Click on the timer to start the working period
You can skip the current period or reset the timer by right-clicking:
When the working period ends the transport will be stopped.
Click on the timer to start a break.
- Work - Working interval duration (min)
- Short - Short break duration (min)
- Long - Long break duration (min)
- Count - Number of periods before the long break
Click and Drag vertically to change the values
Click Save to apply changes:
By default, the script is located in Docker.
If you moved it to the floating window, click on Dock to place the timer in Docker:
