I need to figure out the best way to do this. Without it, M1 macs will see /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2: No such file or directory but this will break anyone on other platforms

What I did
Related issue: #1526
How I did it
Copy the binary of anvil from the official image into brownie. Currently, the "anvil" binary is only available in the "nightly" build. That should be in the "latest" (stable) image soon though.
How to verify it
