theme for kanboard (material like)

steps to use this theme:

• at first install and configure phsteffen's plugin https://github.com/phsteffen/kanboard-themeplus
• copy material.css to /Themeplus/Css
• copy kanboard_logo.png to /Themeplus/Img
• update your config.php (look at config.material.sample.php)
