Even more User friendly

-) store favourite browsing locations (on client, not on server)
-) restore views for job submission and job history
-) added user permission for filtering worfklows
-) darker row color red for failed jobs
-) progress bar for running jobs
-) sort workflows by group name
-) filebrowser: add date created
-) workflow start: you can now "first" select and "start" the worfklow and select or upload files after that - automatic workflow start! - this covers the case of a long running upload

plus several small bugfixes as usual, e.g. sorting by file size did not work properly etc...
