Overview
This adds two new resources
AthenaDataCatalogandAthenaPreparedStatementThis PR was created by cherry-picking the commit made by @swhite-oreilly and then converting to libnuke/aws-nuke@v3 format for the resource definition.
Additional changes in this PR include refactors of the other athena resources to pull them in line with our standardization guidelines.
