This is a semi-final commit where the tbs are 80% complete:

  • created a .yaml file to add cace support
  • defined some new conditions and specifications for the POR
  • added template tbs to handle different measurements for the POR
  • added a "waves_corners" script to automatically plot arbitrary waves across arbitrary corners into template tbs
  • add the original designer proposal document to the doc folder

Please remove .swp files and netlists of work in progress so that I can merge this.

I think all changes in this PR were incorporated into the more recent PR, and this PR can be closed.
